Removals

We will not install or infill around another technician's work. If you already have lashes in, we will remove them so OUR work can be guaranteed. The cost of removal will be charged (see 'Pricing' page). Please inform us when making an appointment if you currently have lashes in so we allow enough time for removal and for the new set. This policy does not apply if you have very minimal lashes remaining, but the waiver is at our discretion.

Prior to Services Being Performed

We require all clients to complete a release form before a service is done.

As everyone's natural lashes are unique you may not be able to get the set you had in mind or a picture you show.  We will not install a set if it will cause damage to your natural lashes. The amount of natural lashes you have and their condition dictate what set and length you can have. This will be discussed with you before a set is installed.

You must advise us of any allergies you have so we can accommodate you or refuse services - we want you leaving looking beautiful, not in pain.

If you have an eye infection we are unable to perform any lash services on you.

If you have had eye surgery of any kind we are unable to apply lashes until you are able to present a letter from your doctor/surgeon advising it is safe to do so.

Cosmetic tattooing can be affected by lash application if done within 2 weeks of the tattoo. Please wait 2 weeks before having your lashes applied or infilled. If you have tattooing done and your lashes fall out then you will need to pay for a new set.

Refund

There are no refunds for change of mind, if care instructions have not been followed, or if an allergic reaction occurs and the set needs to be removed.

If there is a fault with the glue then you can come in for a full repair at no further cost to you. This only applies if the fault occurs within 24 hours of installation and the fault is with our products. A close up photo of the eyes must be sent to ascertain if there is a fault. We will also contact other clients to confirm the product is at fault- if no other clients are experiencing issues then there is no fault.

Due to the application method we use (an extension on every 1-2 of your natural lashes) then you can afford to lose a few, however if gaps appear and loss seems excessive than please contact us immediately.

Teeth Whitening

Have you always wanted your teeth whitened for a price that is affordable?
Now it's possible!
The advantages? It whitens your natural teeth, it's pain free and it can be re applied after 24 hours if there is no sensitivity.

How it works?

At first we measure your initial shade, then at the end we measure your final shade to see how many shades lighter you got.

But there’s no way to predict how many shades lighter your teeth will get beforehand.

The whitening process removes stains that we all accumulate over the years from coffee, tea, juice, wine, soda, fruits and berries, sauces, salads etc.

Teeth whitening results cannot be predicted!

The final shade is your natural tooth colour, which is different for everyone. 2-7 shades lighter is expected.

Additional Information - Aftercare

1) Avoid extremely HOT and COLD liquids for 24 hours. The pores of your teeth will open easily when consuming hot liquids, making staining more possible. Likewise, cold beverages should be avoided as it may cause a sensation of uncomfortable sensitivity. Usually this is temporary until the pores of the teeth close off after 24 hours of treatment.

2) Avoid acidic foods like vinegar, lemon and soda which will easily open the pores of your teeth. Avoid for 48 hours post treatment.

3) Smudge-free lipstick and heavily coloured balms can be picked up by freshly whitened teeth causing staining. Rethink your coffee consumption and smoking habits. Your lifestyle really impacts the time frame between maintenance appointments.

4) A smoker can expect to have a maintenance appointment every 12-18 months

5) A coffee drinker may expect 6-12 monthly maintenance appointments

6) A coffee drinker and smoker may need 4-8 monthly maintenance appointments. All time frames depend on the expectations and goals for each individual as well as lifestyle habits.

Each person who receives our treatment will be given an aftercare document to ensure you get the best results possible!

Please also keep in mind that we are not dentists and we do not represent ourselves as dental professionals.
